RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at (213) 394-9983 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
We give each customer’s concerns individual attention, however NO returns we be accepted on customized boards. Returns will be accepted on non-customized boards within 15 days of purchase. Order Cancellations on customized boards will be accepted until manufacturing of the customized board has begun. Errors in the content provided by the customer is not the responsibility of Hollywood Clapperboards. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (213) 394-9983 within 15 days of delivery. LIABILITY
If you are providing certain source graphic images (the “Source Images”) to be used in creating clapper boards including all or a portion of the Source Images and you are not the owner of, authorized representative of the owner of, authorized licensee of or authorized representative of a licensee of the Source Images, you may not place an order for clapper boards containing the Source Images. By purchasing from Hollywood Clapperboards, you hereby declare that you are the owner, an authorized representative of an owner of the Source Images, an authorized licensee or a representative of a licensee of the Source Images. If you place an order and do not have the right to use the Source Images, you shall be liable for any and all damages, costs, penalties and the like including Hollywood Clapperboards’ attorney fees should the true owner or licensee of the Source Images take action against Hollywood Clapperboards. By purchasing from Hollywood Clapperboards you acknowledge that you will indemnify Hollywood Clapperboards for any and all damages, costs, penalties and the like including Hollywood Clapperboards’ attorney fees should the true owner or licensee of the Source Images take action against Hollywood Clapperboards resulting from your placing a clapper board order involving the Source Images.
